R U being supported?

19 Jan R U being supported?

I am looking for people who are involved in the helping professions supporting vulnerable people i.e. Support Workers, Project Workers, Therapists, Nurses, Social Workers, Doctors, etc. who would be willing to speak to me about their workplace support systems. I would like to speak to anyone working in Scotland.

I am interested in hearing positive and negative experiences within your workplaces. No names of individuals or services will be used, it will be ANONYMOUS.

I want to know about about your quality and availability of support and supervision, support when stressed or mentally unwell, return to work procedures, etc.

It will involve one meeting of around 1.5 hours. This will contribute towards a bigger piece of research I am working on. This is a neglected area and I want to shine a light on it.  The findings will be presented to targeted networks and events across Scotland.
