Eating Disorders

The restriction, stuffing and/or purging of food is not only an issue about food it

goes far deeper than this.

More often than not it involves issues of low self esteem sometimes self hatred and

disgust, past experiences that involve loss/grief, and feelings of shame and guilt.

Stepping back and gaining a different perspective on what is happening right now,

is a courageous act and one that will lead to many more with the right support.

Freeing the chains that bind you to set routines, restrictions, stuffing,

obsessive thinking and compulsive self hatred, is a freedom that is within your reach.

Change is possible and a happier and more satisfied way of living is achievable.
